Role Overview We are seeking a Plant Head to lead our Steel & GI Pipe Manufacturing unit at Hindupur, Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be energetic, proactive and experienced in handling plant operations, workforce management, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end plant operations , ensuring smooth production and operational efficiency. Lead manpower management , ensuring optimal workforce deployment and high productivity. Implement best practices in manufacturing, quality control, and safety compliance . Drive cost optimization while maintaining production quality and efficiency. Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory compliances for plant operations. Collaborate with senior management to align plant objectives with business goals . Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring and motivating teams. Handle plant administration, maintenance, and supply chain coordination . Candidate Profile Experience: Minimum 15 to 20 years in Pipe Manufacturing . (Iron & Steel Industries only). Leadership: Proven experience in managing large-scale manufacturing operations & manpower . Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of pipe production, process optimization & lean manufacturing .
