1) To over see the daily operations of tool room2) Process planning of New moulds to achieve the Mould targets3) Attending Mould trials along with Tool makers and ensure the Mould functions & Corrections till starting production4) Machine Planning & Allocation for the new moulds5) Manage tool room spare maintenance and Inventory6) Maintain the records of Tool process, machining time and manpower utilisation7) Creating PR in SAP against new tool BOM8) Collaborate with production and design team to achieve the best results in New mould manufacturing 9) Training & Evaluation of Tool room persons 10) Documenting & maintaining the IMS Standards in the Work Premises
