Role & responsibilities Enhance Operational Efficiency: Drive improvements in machine OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), energy utilization, productivity, and product quality. Union Interaction & Industrial Relations: Effectively interact with union representatives to ensure compliance with labor norms and proactively manage shift-level industrial relations issues. Quality Rejection Analysis: Analyze daily line and final inspection rejections; initiate corrective and preventive actions to reduce defects and scrap. Daily Performance Reviews: Conduct and participate in daily PQDCSM (Productivity, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Safety, Morale) review meetings to drive performance improvement. Lean Manufacturing Initiatives: Lead Lean projects focused on inventory reduction, implementation of single-piece flow, and other waste elimination techniques.
