Designation: AM/Dy. Manager or Manager - International Sales Experience: Minimum 5 Years of Sales in Medical Device Industries /Maximum 15 Years of experience Location: Mumbai or Gurgaon Salary: Open for discussion - based on skills and experience Industry: Must be from Medical Device products Business - Mandatory Professional Experience - International Sales/Export Minimum Experience as above preferably in International Sales Proven Track record of Business development and Business Expansion Credential of generating good sales revenue for the company, wherever he has worked Must be from Medical Device products Business background and should have good knowledge of Medical Device implants & Hospital Surgical products. (Sutures, Staplers, Mesh, Haemostat, other Medical & Surgical products) Understand the international regulatory and commercial aspects of Medical Device implants & Hospital Surgical products Good knowledge and experience to manage the Dealers and Distributors (Channel partners). Good connections with Channel partners in the international market. Should be capable of evaluating the progress of channel partners Providing and implementing various Credit and pricing policies of the company Should be good at data analytics of customers and distributors Designing various innovative marketing strategies to increase sales and profitability Should have some experience of managing/ participation in National/ International event e.g. Trade shows, exhibitions conferences etc. Should have valid Passport Education and Computer Knowledge B. Sc. Biomedical or BE-Bio Medical or B. Pharma + MBA (Sales and Marketing) Computer Knowledge a. Good at basic computer functionality Power Point, Excel, word, Outlook b. Analytical ability to different website of customer and lead generations c. Work experience in CRM Portal to manage the leads and team productivity Personality Traits Should be very energetic and self-motivated Must have very good communication skills. Should possess knowledge of oral and written English/ other relevant languages. Knowledge of One foreign language would be an added advantage.
