Job Overview

The Export Sales Manager will oversee export sales operations, develop international markets, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue growth across global regions. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, market research capability, and export management experience, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with international clients and distributors.Key Responsibilities
  • Drive export sales to achieve revenue targets and expand international market share.
  • Manage export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Coordinate with shipping agents and logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient shipments.
  • Evaluate and appoint export distributors based on market potential and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform and refine export strategies.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales, preferably within the FMCG/food industry.
  • Strong understanding of international trade documentation and regulations.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage distributor relationships and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

  • Indicative CTC: INR 5–7 LPA, plus incentives.
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
