Job Title: Sales Manager/Executive Location: Coimbatore, Indore, Nagpur, Cochin Job Type: Full-Time About The Comnpany The comnpany is India’s one of the fastest-growing Premium Pre-Laminated Panel and Laminate manufacturing companies with state of the art 100,000 sq ft factory located near Vapi is the largest flat lamination unit in the country. To fuel our ambitious growth plans we are looking for dynamic Sales Executive. Position Objective: Sales Manager is fully accountable for achieving the budgeted sales from OEM, Retail and Architects in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Work closely with Existing OEMs (Modular Kitchen & Furniture manufacturer) to establish commanding market share Develop dealer network to promote the product in B2C segment Identify New OEMs and dealers to introduce range of products through regular follow up & solutions approach Work closely with Top Architects & Interior Designers to establish First-Name relationships. Manage Primary Sales to ensure adequate stock across the range at Distributor warehouse Ensure on-time servicing from distributor to OEM / Retailer along with quick complaint resolution, if any What You Have To Offer 3-4 years of selling experience in premium building material Strong relationship with Furniture/Kitchen OEMs which can be leveraged immediately Strong relationship with Architects / PMCs and premium Showrooms / Retailers Benefits and Perks Annual Compensation : Salary Rs. 6.0 to 8.0 LPA + Commission.
