Job Description

As a Sales Manager/Executive at the company, you will play a vital role in achieving the budgeted sales from OEM, Retail, and Architects in the assigned territory. Your responsibilities will include: - Working closely with Existing OEMs (Modular Kitchen & Furniture manufacturers) to establish a commanding market share. - Developing a dealer network to promote the product in the B2C segment. - Identifying New OEMs and dealers to introduce a range of products through regular follow-up & solutions approach. - Collaborating with Top Architects & Interior Designers to establish First-Name relationships. - Managing Primary Sales to ensure adequate stock across the range at Distributor warehouse. - Ensuring on-time servicing from the distributor to OEM/Retailer along with quick complaint resolution, if any. To excel in this role, you should bring: - 3-4 years of selling experience in premium building material. - Strong relationships with Furniture/Kitchen OEMs that can be leveraged immediately. - Strong relationships with Architects/PMCs and premium Showrooms/Retailers. Your skills in complaint resolution, building material, product promotion, dealer network development, sales management, B2C sales, relationship building, OEMs, relationship management, B2B sales, furniture, and architects will be essential for excelling in this role.,
