Assistant Manager - Sales

Role & responsibilities Generating, Analyzing, and Understanding Enquiries: Identify potential OEM customers and generate sales inquiries. Generate enquiries from user segment. Generate new leads and new customer business. Analyze customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions. Understand market trends and customer demands to drive sales growth. Channel Partner Coordination: Identify new dealer and coordinate with existing dealers to maximize business. Planning and Execution of Order Booking: Coordinate with the back office to ensure accurate and timely order processing. Develop and implement strategies to achieve order booking targets. Planning and Execution of Sales: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales plans. Align sales activities with overall business goals and objectives. Track sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets. Payment Collection and Controlling Overdue Payments: Ensure timely collection of payments from customers. Monitor accounts receivable and manage overdue payments effectively. Implement strategies to minimize payment delays and defaults. Knowledge Sharing about the Product with Customers: Provide detailed product information and technical support to customers. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers. Stay updated with product developments and share relevant knowledge with customers. Preferred candidate profile Candidate having exposure in handling industrial product selling to Cement, Steel, Mining, Power, Crane industries
