Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement PLC programs using Siemens and Delta platforms Automate the operation of test benches for flow meters and water meters in semi-automatic and fully automatic modes Integrate various components such as valves, pumps, VFDs, sensors, and flow meters into the control system Create and modify HMI interfaces for operator interaction Ensure accurate data logging and real-time system feedback integration Troubleshoot, test, and optimize PLC programs for operational efficiency Work closely with cross-functional teams including electrical and mechanical engineers Maintain system documentation and contribute to design improvements Requirements Bachelor s degree or Diploma in ECE, EIE, Mechanical, or EEE Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Siemens and/or Delta PLCs Strong understanding of instrumentation and industrial control systems Ability to read and interpret electrical and control schematics Preferred Qualifications Experience with HMI design and development Familiarity with National Instruments (NI) hardware and LabVIEW programming Basic understanding of SCADA systems and industrial communication protocols (e.g., MODBUS) Experience working with flow meters and calibration test benches Why Join Us At Nagman, you ll work on some of the most advanced and precise calibration systems in the world. Supplier Quality JD: Carry out supplier evaluation for on boarding suppliers. Ensure to follow all supplier related documents as per Supplier Quality manual. PPAP for First Article Inspection for NPD and Localisation parts Monitoring supplier PPM & take appropriate action. Monitor & maintain Quality of incoming material. Third party testing of incoming material as per reference standard Managing Rejection data and analysis Identifying the root causes and effectively implementing the corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) against incoming material defects by using 8D supplier assessment based on PPM by annual basis. Monitor & maintain QMS as per ISO 9001:2015 Prepare & review Quality assurance plan (QAP) / Control plan to align with project requirements. Plan and coordinate the execution of pre-dispatch inspections (PDI) at supplier end. Review engineering change request (ECR) & implement. Customer complaints analysis. Documentation & data control Drafting structural design of tanks, roof, nozzles & layouts To amend any drawing based on discussions & markup Fabrication Drawings checking & dispatch to the factory for fabrication To Prepare bill of raw material

Perform Inspection of raw materials, Prepare Reports as per QAP, Quality Standards Having Knowledge of Industrial Codes and Standards Welding Inspection is Mandatory Should have knowledge of ISO Process & Documentation
