JOB DESCRIPTION Position Summary: Regal Rexnord is seeking an experienced product design professional with a mechanical engineering background to lead a team of 5-10 engineers and execute inquiries, custom orders (ETOs), engineering projects such as VAVE, redesign, cost out etc. Major Responsibilities: People Management: Lead a team of 5-10 engineers.
