Roles and Responsibilities

• Strong background in IT Infrastructure Support - define and monitor the process for all areas of IT Infrastructure e.g., Network, Firewall, Systems, Software, and Asset Management.

• Manage LAN Related Issues, Design & Deploy networks, and access points.

• Experience in configuring and managing firewalls

• Manage station of Google Enterprise Apps for work (Google Email, Docs, Sheets, etc.) - manage users, policies, data, backups, email groups, etc.

• Experience in maintaining and supporting Windows and Linux operating systems

• Experience in the Linux Environment. In troubleshooting with applications and installation of apps and services.

• Experience in maintaining IT assets and audit focused.

• Experience in managing laptop, and local servers (including the software)

• Assist in hardware and software failure situations and manage repair and recovery.

• Manage VPN, VOIP phones, Remote Desktop Management, and other desktop management services

• Provide user support remotely to the branch oAice as needed. Investigate and troubleshoot issues.

• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.

• Perform regular security monitoring to identify

any possible intrusions and should have knowledge on security audits. • Experience in managing internal and vendor contracts that are applicable to maintenance and support.

• Primary management of corporate network infrastructure including corporate, firewalls, routers and switches.

• Should be able to handle any type of technical issues individually within the TAT.

Required Qualifications:

• Should have 3-5 years of experience in IT Windows and network administration with Commanding knowledge on Linux basics.

• Execute additional tasks given to meet internal IT projects milestones and willing to put additional eAort whenever required and be flexible at timings.

• Networking certification preferred

• Should have good communication

• Domain management are added advantage

• Experience in Windows server 2008/2012/2016 environment.

• Should have knowledge of routing protocols and routing table configuration /network address assignment.

• Should know configuration/networking on FortiGate firewall, Routers, VOIP phones, Remote Desktop Management, Firewall rules, Network Monitoring, OS troubleshooting.
