Responsibilities: Collaborate with business analysts , stakeholders , and other team members to understand business requirements and translate them into PEGA-based solutions . Design and develop PEGA applications using the PEGA PRPC (Pega RULES Process Commander) platform. Customize and configure PEGA applications to meet specific business needs . Implement PEGA best practices and design patterns to ensure quality , scalable , and maintainable solutions. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle , including requirements gathering , design , development , testing , deployment , and support . Perform unit testing and debugging of PEGA applications to ensure they meet quality standards. Collaborate with other developers and technical teams to integrate PEGA applications with other systems and technologies. Provide technical guidance and mentor team members as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field. Strong experience in software development with at least 3 years of hands-on PEGA PRPC development .
