Job Description

Role Summary:

Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Ensure effective adoption of Scrum practices across teams
Coordinate closely with multiple teams to ensure smooth delivery execution
Support delivery management and reporting in collaboration with the Technology Head
Remove impediments and enable teams to deliver consistently

Scrum Master responsibilities
30%
Delivery coordination and execution support

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum
12+ years
of overall experience
At least
5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Scrum certification
is mandatory
Strong understanding of
ITEL concepts
Scrum experience in Pharma domain is mandatory
Proven ability to handle
cross-team coordination
