Join our Team About this opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Manager who will lead solution engagements and drive new business explorations in strategic areas Continue to spearhead our strategic collaboration initiatives with customers, with a primary focus on Ericsson Portfolio What you will do: Architect and deliver end-to-end telecommunications solutions covering Kubernetes, 5G Core, EIC/EIAP, OpenStack, OpenShift, Cloud Native, and Cloud RAN technologies. Ensure smooth integration of Cloud Native and Cloud RAN solutions into existing telecom environments. Maintain lab environments for PoCs, demos, trials, and validation activities in coordination with Local Ops teams. Evaluate, select, and integrate appropriate technology stacks ensuring scalability, performance, security, and interoperability. Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and design guidelines to ensure a future-ready network architecture. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative enhancements. Provide technical leadership and mentorship by guiding teams through complex architectural challenges, resolving technical roadblocks, and fostering knowledge sharing and skill development. Drive strategic growth and delivery by developing competency plans for new Ericsson product lines, defining team roadmaps aligned with the product lifecycle, and ensuring timely achievement of commitments and milestones. Lead the creation and review of technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and operational procedures. Act as the primary technical liaison for customers, articulating solution designs, trade-offs, and collaborating with sales/pre-sales teams to deliver cost-effective proposals. Provide strategic insights and governance by engaging with leadership on progress and risks, conducting market research, and evaluating project feasibility, risks, and profitability with data-driven recommendations. Ensure financial and operational efficiency by maintaining strong cost awareness, assessing implications of requirements, and recommending optimization strategies across equipment, infrastructure, and services. The skills you bring : Recommended bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, or a related field. Proven experience in telecom and a solid understanding of telecom equipment environment and services. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Good understanding of O-RAN/Cloud RAN based solutions and architecture.
