As a Scrum Master at Banfico, a growth-stage SaaS fintech company specializing in innovative Open Banking solutions, you will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring smooth Scrum/iteration cycles. Your responsibilities will include: - Facilitating Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Assisting Business Analysts in defining user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure clear communication between business and technical teams. - Removing impediments to facilitate smooth Scrum/iteration cycles. - Tracking and reporting key performance metrics to stakeholders for continuous improvement. - Collaborating with product owners and external stakeholders to effectively prioritize and manage the backlog. - Guiding the team in implementing Scrum principles and best practices. - Fostering a culture of collaboration and an Agile mindset within the team. - Evaluating and recommending Agile frameworks, tools, and techniques as needed. Qualifications required for this role include: - 4 to 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master in product development, preferably within a startup environment. - Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, along with industry best practices. - Proven experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile teams. - Solid knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA principles. - Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
