Role Overview: You will be working as a Scrum Master for CX Technology Implementation in our contact center team. Your main responsibility will be to facilitate Agile practices and ensure the smooth operation of our contact center projects. You will guide the team, remove obstacles, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate Scrum Events: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Remove Obstacles: Identify and eliminate impediments hindering the team's progress. - Coach the Team: Mentor team members on Agile practices and ensure adherence to Scrum principles. - Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication. - Promote Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team. - Monitor Performance: Track and report project progress using appropriate metrics and tools. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business). - Experience: Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a contact center or similar environment. - Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. - Skills: Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.
