Job Description

  1. Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer support (E-commerce experience preferred).
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  5. Problem-solving attitude and patience while handling queries.
  6. Immediate joiners preferred.
  1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
  2. Resolve customer queries related to orders, products, payments, and returns.
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Operations) to ensure timely resolution.
  5. Provide product information and guide customers throughout the buying process.
  6. Follow company guidelines and ensure high-quality customer experience.
  7. Handle escalations professionally and maintain customer satisfaction.
