Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Website & Marketplace Management

• Manage product listings, pricing, catalog accuracy, and product availability.
  
• Ensure images, descriptions, and attributes are updated and optimized.
  
• Coordinate with design/content teams for banners, creatives, and landing pages.
  

2. Sales & Growth Strategy

• Develop strategies to boost online sales and conversion rates.
  
• Identify new online channels and marketplace opportunities.
  
• Track and manage promotional campaigns, deals, and seasonal offers.
  

3. Inventory & Order Management

• Coordinate with warehouse/operations for stock availability.
  
• Monitor order flow, dispatch timelines, cancellations, and returns.
  
• Reduce RTO, return issues, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor daily/weekly KPIs: sales, traffic, conversions, CTR, AOV, etc.
  
• Analyze business performance and identify improvement areas.
  
• Prepare detailed MIS and performance reports.
  

5. Customer Experience Management

• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and escalations.
  
• Improve ratings, reviews, and overall brand reputation on marketplaces.
  
• Maintain smooth communication between customer support & operations.
  

6. Coordination with Internal Teams

• Work closely with marketing for SEO, SEM, email, and performance campaigns.
  
• Coordinate with logistics partners, suppliers, and marketplace account managers.
  
• Collaborate with finance for reconciliation and payouts.
  

7. Compliance & Marketplace Handling

• Manage marketplace dashboards (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
  
• Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and policies.
  
• Handle claims, reimbursements, penalties, and settlements.
  

8. Budgeting & Forecasting

• Plan category budgets, sales targets, and marketing spends.
  
• Forecast demand and manage stock planning.
