Requirements for this role include: - 8+ years of PQE (ICWA / CA / MBA finance) in Financial Planning, Analysis & Strategy in FMCG/Apparel/Retail/E-Commerce. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Strong knowledge in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SAP. - Experience with PowerBI and Essbase is a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders. - Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced changing environment. - Experience with automation and process improvement initiatives in FP&A.
