Sales Strategy and Target Achievement: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets for LED lighting products. Identify and target potential customers in sectors such as commercial, industrial, retail, and outdoor lighting. 2. Business Development: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Expand the client base by reaching out to contractors, distributors, architects, and lighting designers. 3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction. Understand customer needs and offer solutions that meet their requirements, emphasizing the benefits of LED lighting products. Provide after-sales support to ensure a high level of customer service and client retention. 4. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's LED lighting products and industry standards. Provide product demonstrations, technical information, and lighting solutions to customers. 5. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track performance against targets. Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences. 6. Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales agreements. Collaborate with internal teams such as production and logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Negotiable Note: It's a 6-day working setup.
