Job description Job Title: IT Recruiter (Malaysia & Singapore) Location : Kondapur, Hyderabad (onsite) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent to meet the dynamic needs of our clients/projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle – from understanding client requirements to onboarding candidates. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates. Negotiate offers and close positions within the required timelines. Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a great candidate experience. Work with internal teams/clients to understand evolving hiring needs in IT (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, DevOps, AI/ML, etc.). Required Skills 2–4 years of IT recruitment experience (agency or corporate). Strong knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and job market trends. Hands-on experience with job boards/Social Media and ATS tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting for Asia markets. Knowledge of contract, permanent, and C2H hiring models. Strong stakeholder management skills.
