Job Description

Role & responsibilities

As Bench Sales Recruiter one will be involved in selling the bench consultants, including searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, rate negotiations, and closing.

Involve in sales i.e., bench consultants to the Vendors and Clients for the requirements.

Searching the requirements for the allotted bench from portal, groups, and with contacts. Sharing the requirements to submit the resume to the recruiter.

Speaking with the recruiters regarding the rate and getting the best as suggested by management.

Work extensively on marketing bench consultants to the preferred vendors.

Interacting with Tier-one Vendors and making new vendors to the company

Getting requirements for bench consultants from various sources like Prime Vendors, job portals, and other Networking sites.

Keeping track of the start and end dates of the bench

Maintain daily & and weekly status lists of all activities through MS Excel.

Set up interviews and closed candidates for various positions.

Process candidates from initial contact through the entire interview/placement process which includes interview/ placement process which includes interview scheduling and follow-up.

Negotiating rates with vendors & and managing long-term relations with them.

Keeping a track record of rate confirmation and making follow-ups about the submissions.

Maintained track progress of each and every submittal during the process.

Bringing in new H1B consultants from our Marketplace by using SkillGigs Technology

Bringing in fresh H1B consultants every year from India

Transferring existing H1B consultants in the market to SkillGigs consultants

Aware of the market conditions and new technologies coming up

Coordinating billing and payment issues with the clients and vendors

Making sure the AR is up to date

Preferred candidate profile

Strong communication & Interpersonal skills.

Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates

Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude.

Willingness to learn and adapt to changing recruitment & practices.

Ready to work in US shift timings
