We are currently hiring for an experienced US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a Work From Office opportunity starting Day 1, and candidates must be comfortable working in CST shift.
Job Title: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter
Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad (On-site only)
Shift: CST (US Time Zone)
Note: No Remote Option
Experience: 2-5 years in Bench Sales (US Staffing)
Key Responsibilities:
Market Bench Consultants (H1B, GC, EAD, US Citizen, OPT, CPT).
Handle the complete sales cycle: submitting profiles, negotiating rates, scheduling interviews, and closing deals.
Build and maintain vendor relationships for faster placements.
Generate new leads via cold calling and other networking channels.
Maintain and update the internal database and daily activity reports.
Candidate Profile:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage relationships and drive results.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized.
Passionate about the staffing industry and helping consultants find the right projects.
