Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and self-driven Website & Content Specialist to manage and maintain our company's website and LinkedIn page. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of website design using no-code platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Web flow), content writing, and brand communication. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with strategy to enhance digital presence and engage with stakeholders. Roles and Responsibilities Website Management: Independently manage and maintain the company website using no-code platforms such as WordPress, Wix, or Web flow. Design and optimize the website's UI/UX in line with company branding and visual identity. Ensure the website remains current, SEO-friendly, mobile-responsive, and easy to navigate. Consistently update website content, including blogs, announcements, career opportunities, team profiles, and service descriptions. Demonstrated hands-on experience with creative tools like Adobe Firefly and Generative AI platforms. Proactively leverage AI tools to generate innovative content and design ideas that align with the companys brand and vision. Actively promote the company across social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, by sharing engaging updates, events, and achievements. Content Development: Write compelling and clear website content, including homepage text, service descriptions, about us, team bios, and blogs. Create engaging content that aligns with the staffing industry's trends and company branding. LinkedIn & Social Media Management: Manage and update the companys LinkedIn page regularly. Create and schedule posts related to company updates, achievements, events, team highlights, and hiring announcements. Monitor engagement metrics and propose improvements for better visibility and reach. Branding & Visual Design: Design basic graphics or visual elements using Canva or similar tools for website and LinkedIn posts. Ensure visual consistency across digital platforms. Collaborative Input: Coordinate with HR, Recruitment, and Leadership teams for event coverage, milestone highlights, and internal initiatives. Collaborate with SEO/Marketing agencies or teams when needed. Additional Responsibility: We are looking for someone proficient in applications like Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint, as the team will require support in making edits and updates to various documents and presentations. Pre-Requisites: Proven experience in handling websites using no-code platforms (WordPress / Wix / Webflow / Squarespace, etc.). Good understanding of website layout, navigation, and user experience. Strong written communication and storytelling skills. Ability to write/edit professional and creative web content. Experience in managing LinkedIn pages or professional brand presence on social media. Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or similar. Understanding of SEO basics and Google Analytics is a plus. Attention to detail and ability to work independently without micromanagement. A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for employer branding and content marketing. Bachelor's degree Nice to Have: Familiarity with blogging, newsletters, or content calendar planning. Ability to analyze website and LinkedIn analytics for performance improvement. Experience with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or other scheduling platforms. Knowledge or background in the US staffing/recruitment industry is a strong advantage
