What You'll Do

Product Delivery & Execution (40%)

Own the End-to-End Delivery:

  • Lead cross-functional programs from concept to launch for AI-powered features
  • Create detailed project plans with clear milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate between ML engineers, backend developers, frontend teams, and designers
  • Track progress using project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Notion)
  • Ensure product releases meet quality standards and customer requirements
  • Manage product roadmap execution and prioritize feature development

Drive Agile Execution:

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Remove blockers that slow down engineering teams
  • Maintain sprint velocity and burn-down charts
  • Ensure alignment between technical execution and business objectives
  • Manage scope creep and change requests effectively

Stakeholder Management & Communication (25%)

Be the Communication Hub:

  • Conduct weekly status meetings with leadership and provide executive updates
  • Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders (sales, marketing, clients)
  • Manage client expectations and communicate delivery timelines
  • Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate with sales and customer success teams for product demos and onboarding

Build Relationships:

  • Work closely with Product Managers to understand feature requirements
  • Partner with Engineering Leads to understand technical constraints and trade-offs
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing
  • Interface with Marketing for product launches and positioning
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and understand pain points

Program Planning & Strategy (20%)

Think Ahead:

  • Develop program charters, scope documents, and success metrics
  • Conduct risk assessments and create mitigation strategies
  • Plan resource allocation and identify skill gaps
  • Define KPIs and success criteria for each program (OKRs, SMART goals)
  • Create contingency plans for potential delays or technical challenges

Process Optimization:

  • Document and improve product development workflows
  • Identify bottlenecks in the delivery pipeline and propose solutions
  • Standardize project documentation and communication templates
  • Implement best practices from agile, scrum, and lean methodologies
  • Build scalable processes as the team grows from 30 to 100+

Technical Understanding & Coordination (15%)

Bridge Technical and Business:

  • Understand the basics of our AI/ML technology stack (don't worry, we'll teach you!)
  • Learn about computer vision, video processing, and model deployment
  • Participate in technical architecture discussions (high-level understanding)
  • Grasp API integrations, cloud infrastructure, and software development lifecycles
  • Communicate technical trade-offs to business stakeholders
  • Coordinate technical dependencies across multiple teams

Metrics, Reporting & Analytics (10%)

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Track and report on key program metrics (on-time delivery rate, scope adherence, velocity)
  • Create dashboards for program health monitoring
  • Analyze sprint retrospectives and identify improvement areas
  • Measure customer satisfaction and product adoption metrics
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership
  • Use data to forecast delivery timelines and resource needs

Customer Success & Post-Launch Support (10%)

Ensure Successful Adoption:

  • Coordinate product launches with customer success teams
  • Monitor post-launch performance and gather user feedback
  • Manage bug triage and prioritization post-release
  • Track customer onboarding and implementation timelines
  • Work with support teams to resolve critical customer issues
  • Document lessons learned and best practices

Who You Are - Ideal Candidate Profile

✅ Required Qualifications

Education:

  • MBA from Tier 1/2 institutions

    (IIM, ISB, FMS, XLRI, NMIMS, SP Jain, or equivalent)
  • Specialization in

    Operations, IT Management, Product Management, or General Management

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred)

    or any discipline with strong analytical background
  • Freshers welcome! 0-2 years of experience
