Technical Program Manager

Be the force behind flawless execution. As Technical Program Manager, you ll orchestrate delivery across engineering, product, and GTM teams turning strategy into scalable results. Own timelines, align goals, and lead Digii s most ambitious programs from vision to launch.

Key responsibilities include:

Program Management

Drive end-to-end program delivery for complex, cross-functional initiatives aligned with Digii s product and business goals.
Define clear project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and roadmaps, ensuring visibility across all teams.
Track milestones, manage interdependencies, and proactively address risks, bottlenecks, and delays for timely delivery.

Technical Coordination

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align technical solutions with strategic business outcomes.
Translate business and user requirements into actionable technical specifications and execution plans.
Facilitate technical design sessions, sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Coordinate backend/frontend integration, system dependencies, and testing cycles.
Ensure consistent documentation, standards, and code quality across teams.

Stakeholder Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for program updates, risks, and escalations.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership.
Deliver clear, concise reports, dashboards, and updates to drive alignment and decision-making.
Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and outcomes are transparently communicated.

Process Improvement

Champion Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies tailored to team needs and program complexity.
Identify workflow inefficiencies, process gaps, and tooling issues, recommending scalable solutions.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement through feedback loops and sprint retrospectives.
Drive initiatives that enhance team productivity, clarity, and accountability.
Establish best practices for technical program management across the organization.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering project management.
Strong background in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and programs with multiple dependencies.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or equivalent.

Preferred:

Background in Enterprise Software or SaaS products.
Experience working with distributed or remote-first teams.
Understanding of cloud technologies , APIs, microservices architecture.
PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus.
