Technical Program Manager

Role & responsibilities

Be responsible for the success of key software releases and programs at Nutanix

• Assist with building and running with the teams the release master plan (schedule, dependencies, risks, etc.)
•  Coordinate Files build issues, DIAL issue resolution in IST timezone
• Coordinate on NUS projects (Files, Objects) dependencies with cross functional teams
• Independently and accurately report on the state of your release to management teams
• Maintain consistently high standards of communication, productivity, and teamwork
• Obtain outcomes of smooth software features delivery through influence and leadership skillsWhat you will bring
• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in software project/program management.
• Practical experience in Agile methodologies and PMP a plus
• Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Extraordinary skills influencing, teaming, and delivering solutions in a highly complex and nebulous environment.
• Familiarity with program management tools such as: JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc.
• Ability to build strong relationships across the organization
• Ability to maintain the urgency for project/program delivery
