Technical Program Manager

Role Overview:

The Technical Program Manager leads complex technology initiatives involving engineering, QA, DevOps, and security teams. The role ensures predictable, secure, and high-quality delivery through strong technical leadership, governance, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive planning, execution, and delivery governance for enterprise programs.
• Lead cross-team technical syncs and ensure dependency alignment.
• Ensure adherence to architecture, cybersecurity standards, and coding best practices.
• Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and release readiness.
• Participate in solution design, feasibility assessments, and technical reviews.
• Promote Agile delivery, CI/CD automation, and engineering excellence.
• Define KPIs and deliver transparent program reporting to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 18 to 20+ years in IT with strong technical delivery leadership.
• Background in cloud, APIs, application development, and cybersecurity concepts.
• Experience managing large multi-team programs in distributed environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, SAFe, and program governance.
• Hands-on expertise with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, BI dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CSM, SAFe Agilist, PMP, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience in SaaS, digital transformation, or enterprise platform engineering.
