About the Role

Technical Program Manager (TPM)


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive project commitments and maintain clear accountability across teams.
  • Set and track milestones, manage delays, and realign schedules as needed.
  • Implement communication plans and provide regular status updates.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders to foster collaboration and consensus.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain timelines and budgets while monitoring progress.
  • Analyze trends and data to guide strategic decisions.
  • Apply technical acumen to support system architecture, API design, and financial systems.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years

    of experience in project management within a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong knowledge of

    SDLC methodologies

    (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • PMP, PgMP, CAPM certifications preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Confluence/JIRA.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
