About the Role

Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Key Responsibilities

Drive project commitments and maintain clear accountability across teams.
Set and track milestones, manage delays, and realign schedules as needed.
Implement communication plans and provide regular status updates.
Build strong relationships with business leaders to foster collaboration and consensus.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects accurately and efficiently.
Maintain timelines and budgets while monitoring progress.
Analyze trends and data to guide strategic decisions.
Apply technical acumen to support system architecture, API design, and financial systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years
of experience in project management within a cross-functional environment.
Strong knowledge of
SDLC methodologies
(Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
PMP, PgMP, CAPM certifications preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Confluence/JIRA.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
