Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

Location: Hyderabad (On-site/Hybrid)

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing IT team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and enjoys working across the entire software development stack—from front-end to back-end to middleware. You’ll lead development efforts using a modern tech stack and contribute to building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead front-end architecture and development with a strong emphasis on performance and scalability.
• Drive middleware and back-end integration to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Develop software using modern technologies including JavaScript, MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js), NestJS, GraphQL, Kafka, Redis, SQL, TypeScript, and Jest.
• Champion test-driven development and proper unit testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship high-quality features.
• Stay updated on security best practices and new technologies.
• Use Agile/Scrum tools like Jira to manage sprint goals.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in front-end, middleware, or back-end development.
• Proven expertise with modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, performance optimization, and scalable design patterns.
• Excellent communication, code review, and mentorship skills.

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience with Kafka or similar event streaming platforms.
• Knowledge of Redis and GraphQL in production environments.
• Exposure to test automation tools and CI/CD practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
