Sr. Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable front-end and back-end applications.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the stack.
• Lead small development initiatives and support team members when required.
• Review code, provide constructive feedback, and ensure best practices are followed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Participate in planning, estimation, and sprint discussions.
• Ensure timely delivery of modules while maintaining quality standards.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Strong expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React / Angular / Vue (as per your stack).
• Solid backend experience with Node.js / PHP / Laravel / Java / Python (choose based on your requirements).
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle and mentor teammates when required.
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Easy-going, collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
