As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in a regulatory submission content automation initiative that aims to modernize and digitize the regulatory submission process using innovative technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead full-stack web-based application development for various components of the regulatory submission capability. - Manage software delivery scope, risk, and timeline, taking ownership of complex software projects from conception to deployment. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring high-quality, scalable software solutions. - Integrate with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and functionality. - Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and alignment to standard processes. - Develop and maintain documentation on software architecture, design, deployment, disaster recovery, and operations. - Customize modules to meet specific business requirements and provide ongoing support and maintenance for applications. Qualifications Required: - Masters degree with 6 - 11 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field OR - Bachelors degree with 8 - 13 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field OR - Diploma with 10 - 12 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field - Proficiency with Full Stack software development, programming languages like Python, JavaScript, SQL/NoSQL, and modern front-end frameworks. - Experience with API integration, serverless, microservices architecture, and cloud services. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to learn quickly, superb communication and interpersonal skills. - Good understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
