Sr. Full Stack Developer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for hands-on software development using your strong knowledge in node, electron, and react native. This includes writing code, conducting code reviews, and testing in ongoing sprints. Additionally, you will work closely with product managers and other full stack developers to implement innovative solutions to challenging app development problems. You will also participate in system design, development, testing, debugging, documentation, and support. Driving automation and ensuring completion of automated test scripts for new features will be a key part of your role. Providing analysis of problems and recommending solutions will also be expected from you. Collaboration with a tight-knit product development team is essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Perform hands-on software development, including writing code and unit tests - Work closely with product managers and full stack developers to implement innovative solutions - Participate in system design, development, testing, debugging, documentation, and support - Drive automation and ensure completion of automated test scripts for new features - Provide analysis of problems and recommend solutions - Collaborate with a tight-knit product development team Qualification Required: - BS or MS degree in computer science, or equivalent with 5+ years of work experience - 5+ years of experience working in React and demonstrating strong JavaScript knowledge - Experience working with NodeJS, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB - Proficiency in electron.js and react native - Strong experience in systems architecture design and development - Experience in building desktop and Android apps - Familiarity with test-driven development practices - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently - Creative thinking to develop innovative solutions to business problems - Strong project management skills, including managing multiple projects simultaneously - Ability to mentor other developers Note: The benefits include health insurance, provident fund, yearly bonus.
