Job Description This is a remote position. SDET/QA Tester (Remote | 3–6 years) Join our dynamic blockchain team as a skilled SDET/QA Tester, focusing on delivering high quality software through robust testing methodologies in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Design and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for API, UI, and mobile applications. Test REST APIs using tools like Postman and frameworks such as Karate DSL or REST Assured. Automate UI testing using Selenium, Core Java, and TestNG. Validate mobile app functionality across different environments. Develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks. Log, track, and verify bugs; collaborate closely with developers. Identify performance bottlenecks and conduct load testing. Manage QA setups on Azure or AWS. Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product and Dev. Stay current with the latest QA tools, technologies, and best practices Requirements API testing with Postman, Karate DSL, or REST Assured UI automation with Selenium, Core Java, and TestNG Understanding of SDLC and Agile processes Problem-solving and analytical skills Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines Verbal and written communication skills Experience with Azure/AWS Experience in the blockchain domain

Job Description The Systems Engineer - Analyst will respond to technical assistance requests, manage incidents, and act as a liaison between users and technical teams. The role requires troubleshooting expertise in various technologies and flexibility to work in rotational shifts. Key Responsibilities Respond to requests for technical assistance by phone, email, chat. Manage incidents and problems in the incident management system. Act as a liaison between users and technical escalation teams. Follow-up on open incidents and provide status updates. Escalate problems to appropriate teams when required. Maintain hygiene in ticket documentation and overall ticket quality. Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used by the firm. Encourage users to use self-help resources and demo common issue solutions. Troubleshoot technical issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, Cisco Phones. Configure and troubleshoot virtual computers hosted via ESX servers. Troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications suite including Teams, O365. Troubleshoot issues related to VPN, RSA SecurID, corporate applications on mobile devices. Troubleshoot issues related to Cisco Phones, IP Phones, Jabber, Zoom. Work extended hours when business needs. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and week offs. Ability to work under high pressure.
