Role: Engineering Support Level 2 - Portfolio Analytics Support experience preferably in 4-10 years range Responsibilities: Investigate and drive support resolution with senior external clients, internal stake holders and other engineering teams. Serve as point of escalation for support issues from Helpdesk (L1) Work closely with the engineering team to drive resolution of client issues.
