Assist in data migration activities from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with new releases, features, and best practices for Oracle HCM. Work with clients to recommend and implement process improvements using Oracle Cloud functionality. Documentation and Reporting: Document functional designs, configurations, and process flows related to Time and Labor and Absence Management. Provide regular status reports to the project manager and ensure the timely delivery of milestones. Key Requirements: Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant, specifically with the Time and Labor and Absence Management modules. Experience in at least 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations (or large-scale upgrades) is required. Skills: Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud functionality, especially related to Time and Labor, Absence Management, and Workforce Management. In-depth knowledge of absence types, time entry rules, absence accrual policies, timecards, schedules, and absence approvals. Proficient in working with integration tools and understanding the integration points between HCM modules. Ability to understand and map complex business processes into Oracle solutions. Experience with Oracle OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BIP (BI Publisher) reporting is a plus.
