The Role

Full-Time, On-Site

Build our marketing engine from scratch. Own end-to-end digital marketing strategy, drive demand generation, and establish eizen.ai as an AI thought leader. Direct impact on pipeline and revenue.


What You'll Do

Content & Brand (30%)

  • Create blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos on AI/computer vision
  • Position founders as thought leaders through ghostwritten content
  • Manage brand consistency and develop messaging frameworks
  • Build relationships with tech media and secure speaking opportunities

Paid Advertising (25%)

  • Manage

    ₹2-5L monthly budget

    across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter/X
  • A/B test campaigns and optimize for lead quality
  • Target enterprise decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Directors)
  • Track CAC, LTV, ROAS and maximize ROI

SEO & Website (20%)

  • Drive organic traffic through keyword research and content optimization
  • Build high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority
  • Create high-converting landing pages
  • Manage analytics (GA4, Hotjar, Clarity) and optimize conversion funnels

Social Media (15%)

  • Lead LinkedIn strategy (primary B2B channel) for company and founders
  • Build engaged communities through consistent, valuable content
  • Manage Twitter/X and YouTube presence
  • Monitor analytics and engage with influencers/prospects

Email & Automation (10%)

  • Build nurture campaigns using HubSpot/Mailchimp/ActiveCampaign
  • Develop segmented workflows for different buyer personas
  • Implement lead scoring and qualification frameworks
  • Maintain GDPR-compliant, clean contact database

Demand Generation (10%)

  • Execute multi-channel campaigns driving quality MQLs
  • Create gated content (webinars, e-books) for lead capture
  • Develop ABM strategies for key accounts
  • Plan and promote webinars, virtual events, conferences
  • Collaborate with sales on lead handoff criteria

Analytics & Reporting (10%)

  • Build dashboards tracking traffic, leads, MQLs, SQLs, CAC, pipeline
  • Present performance insights to leadership
  • Implement attribution modeling and conduct market research
  • A/B test everything: copy, creatives, landing pages, CTAs


Required Qualifications

Must Have:

  • 2-5 years

    digital marketing (B2B SaaS/tech preferred)
  • Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads

    expertise
  • SEO tools:

    SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
  • Marketing tools:

    HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Design:

    Canva (must); Figma/Adobe (preferred)
  • Proven track record

    of lead generation with metrics
  • Exceptional writing

    and copywriting skills
  • Data-driven mindset

    with strong analytical abilities
  • Bachelor's in Marketing/Communications/Business

Preferred:

  • 🌟 MBA in Marketing
  • 🌟 Marketing certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint)
  • 🌟 Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut)
  • 🌟 Startup or enterprise product marketing experience
  • 🌟 Active personal brand on LinkedIn
