Job description: Hiring: English Speaking, Personality Development & Interview Skills Trainer Alpha Novaa Aviation Academy is looking for a confident, energetic, and student-friendly Trainer to conduct our English Speaking, Personality Development, and Interview Skills course for college students. Location: Dombivli , Kalyan Duration: 3 months Type: Part-time / Visiting Faculty Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Responsibilities Conduct interactive sessions on: Basic Spoken English Grammar foundation Personality development Communication skills Soft skills and confidence building Interview skills and etiquette Conduct mock interviews, feedback sessions, and performance improvement activities. Engage students through role-plays, group discussions, activities, and presentations. Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment. Track student progress and conduct simple assessments. Coordinate with our academy for class schedules and reporting. Requirements Excellent command over English (spoken and written). Pleasant personality with strong communication skills. Previous experience in training or teaching (English/PD/Interview Skills preferred). Ability to manage and motivate large groups of students. Punctual, reliable, and well-groomed. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (any stream). Experience in training at colleges, institutes, or academies.
