Position: Manager – Learning &Organizational Development

About the role - The Manager – L&OD
1. Strategic Learning Delivery
- Lead the planning and execution of the Open Enrollment Learning Calendar, Management Development programs, and other L&OD initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and design targeted learning journeys for emerging and experienced leaders.
- Deliver high-impact facilitation sessions (30–40 hours/month) using virtual, in-person, and hybrid modalities.
- Apply Kirkpatrick’s Evaluation Model (Levels 1–4) to measure training effectiveness and ROI.

- Develop learner-centric content using ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and Adult Learning principles.
- Create structured learning journeys, microlearning modules, and blended learning experiences.
- Incorporate case studies, simulations, and real-world scenarios for experiential learning.
- Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot, Synthesia, AzureAI) for content creation and personalization.
- Ensure seamless integration of content into LMS platforms.
3. Talent Reviews & Learning Plans
- Partner with HR and business leaders during talent review cycles to identify high-potential employees and critical skill gaps.
- Design individualized learning plans based on talent review outcomes, succession planning, and leadership pipeline needs.
- Align learning interventions with career development frameworks and organizational capability building.
4. Training Projects
- Lead end-to-end management of strategic training projects, including leadership development initiatives, functional capability building, and enterprise-wide learning interventions.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables; ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, resolve risks, and report outcomes to senior leadership.
Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating strategic priorities into development interventions.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver customized solutions.
Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of L&OD professionals, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching and developmental support to team members, enabling them to grow in facilitation, instructional design, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking.
- Ensure effective collaboration across the team to deliver seamless learning experiences and meet organizational goals.
7. Training Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze learning metrics, including participation, engagement, and impact.
- Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership on learning effectiveness and talent readiness.

- Comfortable working in EST shift twice a month
