Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Learning & Development Specialist to build B2B and B2C learning products from the ground up. This role focuses on learning architecture, content creation, and program development, working closely with a dedicated graphic design team for visual execution.

You will translate learning needs into structured programs, practical tools, and engaging learning experiences that drive real-world application.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Program Development

• Support in building end-to-end learning programs from concept to rollout (workshops, blended programs, digital learning, micro-learning).
• Convert business and development needs into clear learning objectives and structured learning journeys.

Learning Content & Assets

• Create detailed program outlines, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and learning journeys.
• Develop learning assets such as: Case studies and real-world scenarios, Reflection tools and questionnaires, Practice exercises and simulations, Job aids and toolkits
• Partner with the graphic design team to translate content into engaging visual formats.

Learning Evaluation & Improvement

• Build learning evaluation approaches aligned to program objectives (feedback tools, assessments, impact measures).
• Analyze learner insights to refine and strengthen programs.
• Support pilots, iterations, and scaling of learning products.
