Job Summary


We are looking for a dynamic and driven Soft Skills Trainer who thrives in a startup

environment and takes strong ownership of learning outcomes. The role involves designing

basic soft skills modules, conducting engaging training sessions, and helping learners

improve their communication, professionalism, and workplace effectiveness. Excellent

English proficiency and the ability to adapt content to diverse audiences are essential.


Key Responsibilities:


Training Delivery

● Conduct interactive soft skills training sessions (classroom / virtual)

● Deliver sessions with clear, confident, and fluent English communication

● Facilitate role plays, discussions, activities, and practice sessions

● Ensure high learner engagement and participation

Module Design & Content Development

● Design and structure basic training modules

● Create presentations, activities, assessments, and learning aids

● Customize content based on audience level and organizational needs

● Continuously update material based on feedback and outcomes

Core Training Areas

● English communication (spoken & professional communication)

● Presentation and public speaking skills

● Workplace etiquette and professionalism

● Interpersonal skills and teamwork

● Process and soft skills

Startup Mindset & Ownership

● Take end-to-end ownership of assigned training programs

● Adapt quickly to changing requirements and priorities

● Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders

● Contribute ideas to improve training processes and learner experience

Evaluation & Reporting

● Assess learner progress through activities, feedback, and evaluations

● Share insights and improvement areas with relevant stakeholders

● Maintain training reports, attendance, and feedback documentation


Required Experience and Qualifications

● 4–6 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Corporate Trainer, English Trainer,

or similar role


Skills

● Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written)

● Strong facilitation and presentation skills

● Ability to engage diverse learner groups

● Basic instructional design and module development skills

● Comfort with virtual training tools and MS PowerPoint
