Role Description


Amura Health is seeking an experienced Leadership & Behavioural Trainer to join our L&D team. This role focuses on enhancing leadership capabilities, improving managerial skills, and fostering teamwork within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training individuals in leadership roles, managing teams, improving client interactions, and driving performance through behavioral skill enhancement. Responsibilities include designing and delivering training programs that develop employees into effective leaders and team players enabling them to achieve personal and organisational goals.


Responsibilities


Technical Training Delivery:

  • 1. Design, develop, and deliver leadership training programs focusing on enhancing
  • the leadership skills of managers and team leaders across various departments.
  • 2. Develop key leadership competencies such as decision-making, strategic thinking,
  • emotional intelligence, and communication.


Managerial Skills Training:

  • 1. Create and deliver workshops that enhance managerial skills, focusing on team
  • management, performance evaluation, coaching, and conflict resolution.
  • 2. Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and provide targeted solutions to
  • improve team leadership


Team Building & Collaboration:

  1. Organize and facilitate team-building exercises, workshops, and group activities that
  2. promote effective communication, trust-building, and collaboration among teams.
  3. Implement training that enhances teams' ability to work cohesively toward
  4. common goals, boosting productivity and morale.


Client Relationship Management:

  1. Train employees on best practices for client management, improving
  2. communication with clients, handling client expectations, and managing conflict.
  3. Conduct role-playing and situational training to help employees handle challenging
  4. client interactions with professionalism and tact.


Behavioral Skills Development

  1. Develop training modules to improve behavioral skills, such as conflict resolution, stress management, negotiation, active listening, and adapting to organizational change.
  2. Utilize a variety of training methods (e.g., workshops, role-playing, case studies) to ensure engagement and maximum retention.


Training Evaluation & Feedback:

  1. Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership and behavioral training programs through
  2. feedback, assessments, and post-training analysis.
  3. Continuously refine and improve training modules based on feedback and evolving
  4. business needs.


Ongoing Support and Mentoring:

  1. Provide coaching and mentoring to leaders and managers to ensure the application
  2. of learned skills in real-world scenarios.
  3. Offer ongoing support to employees at all levels to help them achieve their
  4. leadership and behavioral goals.


Requirements

Experience:

  1. 5-7 years of experience in leadership training, behavioral training, or a related field.
  2. Prior experience in healthcare or a similar service-based industry is a plus.


Skills:

  1. Proven experience in developing and delivering leadership, behavioral, and team-building training programs.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  3. Strong facilitation skills with the ability to manage group dynamics and foster an interactive learning environment.
  4. Experience in training managers and senior leaders in areas such as team management, client relations, and performance improvement.


Education:

  1. MBA or a related postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Organisational
  2. Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a similar field.
  3. Certification in leadership development, coaching, or related training programs would be an advantage.
