Role Overview

Learning & Development (L&D) Lead


Key Responsibilities

Program Development & Execution

  • Build and own the learning & development COE at CoreEL
  • Design and implement effective technical and behavioral training programs tailored to organizational needs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify skills gaps and deliver customized training solutions.

Strategic Alignment

  • Lead the execution of L&D initiatives in alignment with CoreEL's business strategies.
  • Create a roadmap for employee skill development to support organizational goals.

Evaluation & Improvement

  • Monitor and assess the impact of training programs through performance metrics and feedback.
  • Continuously improve training offerings based on insights and best practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure L&D solutions, address current and future business challenges.
  • Act as a thought partner for managers in identifying team development opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.


What We’re Looking For

Education

Experience

  • 8–10 years of experience in

    end-to-end Learning & Development operations

    .
  • Expertise in

    designing and delivering technical and behavioral training programs

    .
  • Proven ability to execute L&D strategies that drive business outcomes.

Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
