Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Performance Management & L&D Lead the performance management cycle: midyear reviews, annual reviews. Facilitate goal setting, feedback, reviews, and career development planning. Facilitate identifying skills gaps and coordinate relevant training, coaching, and learning opportunities. Mentor and build high-impact leadership and employee development programs. Compensation, Benefits & Compliance Work with finance team to design and maintain competitive compensation and benefits structures. Ensure strict compliance with labour laws and internal policies. Run and manage HRMS systems. Ensure timely payroll support, and reporting. HR Operations & Analytics Streamline HR processes using tools and automation. Monitor HR metrics and use data to inform decision-making. Maintain accurate employee records and oversee audits as required. HR Strategy & Leadership Define and drive the HR strategy aligned with business goals and company values. Partner with leadership to support organizational design, change management, and talent planning. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters. Culture & Engagement Drive initiatives that strengthen culture, diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement. Monitor employee pulse and design interventions to improve morale and retention. Plan and oversee employee recognition programs and engagement activities. Talent Acquisition Oversee end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely hiring of all open requisition. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and optimize interview processes. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of progressive HR experience in an IT product or tech company. 5+ years in a leadership role Proven ability to influence leadership and drive people initiatives. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and performance frameworks. Ability to lead and shape the people function with autonomy and ownership. Experience scaling HR practices in high-growth or mid-sized organizations (100–500 people). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution. Work in a collaborative, inclusive, and innovation-driven environment. Prior experience with HRMS (e.g., GreytHR, Keka, BambooHR, etc.) is a plus. Show more Show less
