IT Services Sales Experience 5+ Years Focus: Meet and exceed sales targets for a region and/or service. Key responsibilities: · Prospecting and lead generation: Actively search for new business opportunities through existing rolodex and network of contacts, identifying new potential clients, reaching out to them through cold calls, emails, and networking, working with Tender notices for Government and/or Defence opportunities. Explore alliances with like-minded organizations in India and abroad. Look for global opportunities as well. · Needs analysis: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their current IT infrastructure, pain points, and identify areas where our services can add value. · Solution selling: Develop customized IT service packages based on client needs, presenting proposals that address their specific challenges and demonstrate the benefits of your solutions. · Technical expertise: Possess a strong understanding of various technologies like AI, Cloud computing, cybersecurity, ERP, custom software applications, and be able to answer technical questions from clients. · Sales presentations: Prepare & deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the key features and benefits that we bring to the table including demonstrations when necessary. · Relationship building: Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, proactive customer service, and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction. · Negotiation and closing deals: Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to close sales deals and achieve sales targets. · Sales pipeline management: Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, qualifying opportunities, forecasting sales, and prioritizing activities to maximize conversion rates. · Market analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new sales opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
