HR Executive/Specialist

Position Overview


We are seeking a dedicated HR professional with 3-6 years of experience to join our growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build and enhance HR processes in a dynamic software development environment while supporting our expanding workforce. 


Required Skills and Experience


3-6 years of hands-on HR experience 


Core HR Requirements


You are proficient in and/or are actively working with:


  • End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition 
  • Employee onboarding and offboarding processes 
  • HR policy development and implementation 
  • Performance management systems 
  • Employee relations and conflict resolution 


You have demonstrable experience with:

  • Payroll coordination and statutory compliance 
  • HRIS/HRMS systems (any major platform) 
  • Interview coordination and candidate management 
  • Employee engagement initiatives 
  • Training and development coordination 
  • Leave management and attendance tracking
  • Labour law compliance (Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI, etc.) would be a plus


You have a basic understanding of:

  • IT industry hiring practices and challenges 
  • Software development roles and skill requirements 
  • Employment contracts and legal documentation 
  • HR analytics and reporting 
  • Compensation and benefits administration 
  • Workplace safety and health regulations 


Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
  • Experience with HR management systems 
  • Knowledge of recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) 
  • Basic understanding of employment law and compliance 
  • Data management and reporting capabilities

  • Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and integration 
  • Coordinate performance review processes and documentation 
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy 
  • Support payroll processing and statutory compliance 
  • Address employee grievances and maintain positive workplace culture 
  • Organize training programs and professional development initiatives 
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements 
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and team building 
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management 
  • Handle exit interviews and offboarding processes
