Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Mysore. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, and developing and implementing HR policies. Additionally, they will oversee various HR activities, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting the overall strategic HR direction of the company.

• Proficiency in HR Operations
• Expertise in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
