Your main focus will be to ensure that all manufacturing activities comply with regulatory standards, product specifications, and quality norms, while maintaining efficiency and safety. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise and execute batch manufacturing of cosmetic products such as creams, lotions, talc, lip balm, etc. as per SOPs and BMR. - Ensure accurate weighing, mixing, heating, cooling, and filling of raw materials and ingredients as per approved formulations. - Maintain hygiene and GMP standards in the manufacturing area. - Conduct in-process quality checks during various stages of production to ensure product consistency and quality. - Coordinate with the Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams for product testing and release. - Maintain detailed and accurate documentation including batch records, logbooks, and production reports. - Ensure compliance with applicable cosmetic regulations (such as BIS, FDA, or CDSCO guidelines). - Manage raw material inventory for production and raise material requisitions when required. - Provide training to production operators and helpers regarding procedures and safety standards. - Participate in validation, scale-up, and transfer of new formulations from R&D to production. **Qualifications Required:** - Diploma/Certificate or Bachelor's degree in B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field. - Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulation techniques, and regulatory requirements. - Experience in the development of skincare products using the latest alternatives of functional ingredients. - Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software for formulation and testing. - Conducting R&D of formulations and monitoring their stability. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and make decisions independently with minimum guidance.
