Human Resources Executive

Role: HR Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for anchoring the HR systems-
• Actively recruiting admin and blue collar positions
• End to end responsibility for ensuring smooth onboarding of new members including IT & technical support
• Act as a point of check for member processes during the employee Lifecyle (HR self support) such as timely disbursal of letters, member confirmation, probation, exit process etc.
• Preparing and submitting all relevant HR documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management
• Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employees’ attendance / absenteeism & report to concern head.
• Liaison with cross-functional teams to understand the requirements and recruit the suitable candidates through job boards

Qualifications:

• 1-3 Years of experience in HR systems
• Bachelor's/ Masters degree in any field
• Basic understanding of handling systems
