What will you do: Planning, creating, revising, and scheduling Editorial Calendars, while taking into account compliance, brand voice, and trends to best portray the brand online while growing engagement and following The current main focus is Instagram, Pinterest, Linkedin and Facebook, we need someone to grow the presence on other channels such as YouTube, Reddit & Takatak Recognize potential issues and problems, know when to escalate and propose solutions where possible Develop and exhibit a working knowledge of marketing objectives and goals, guidelines and strategies and an understanding of how to translate it to successful Social Media Management Stay informed with respect to industry, direct competitor activities and emerging opportunities Assist in the execution of influencer outreach and fan engagement programs Stay motivated and connected with Revenue Goals coming for Social Media efforts Participate in brainstorms by bringing unique content ideas and insights from social landscape You will closely work with founding team and trained for all these analysis Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience requires 2 years of experience of Social Media in a Fashion company only You are a builder and have experience being part of an HR function in growth mode. You have the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment. You have the ability to see ahead of the curve and anticipate team members' needs. You have an unmatched attention to detail.
