• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to align with business goals.
• Create, edit, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) across all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, GMB, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and relevant conversations; engage with our audience in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure content is informative, appealing, and on-brand.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.
• Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, including paid advertisements.
• Support the team in other marketing-related tasks as needed.
